Please remember that this system is here for testing and evaluating Moodle as a possible alternative to Blackboard. This means extra work for you as an instructor.
The most important thing is that you and your students will not be able to get support from the Help Desk. They know nothing about Moodle. If your students need help with Moodle you will need to provide it.
The next thing is that we have none of the automation setup like we do in Blackboard. You'll have to setup your course yourself and your students will have to self-enroll.
Lastly the CMS Exploration team will expect some feedback about your experience with Moodle and how you think it compares to Blackboard.
If you are comfortable with this then you are free to setup a course and enjoy using Moodle. |
